We require a $300 deposit to make a reservation. Please be sure your campsite is available before sending a deposit. By submitting the deposit you are agreeing to the terms below-
WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS UPON DELIVERY. For travel trailers, we deduct a $25 dispose and sanitize fee from your deposit. If the trailer is not returned clean, there will be a $50-$200+ fee deducted from your deposit. If any carpet or upholstery requires shampooing after your stay, a $50 fee will be deducted from your deposit. If any damage is found on the trailer, any repair fees will be deducted from your deposit. If the repair exceeds the deposit amount, the customer will be responsible for the remaining fees, and will be billed accordingly. WE HAVE A NO PET POLICY.
Reservation Policy-
By submitting your deposit, you are agreeing to uphold your reservation. By cancelling your reservation within 21 days of your scheduled rental date, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit. Cancellations within 14 days will result in NO deposit refund. If customer does not arrive at agreed upon time for travel trailer rental, an inconvenience fee will be deducted from your deposit depending on total wait time. If trailer rental has already been set up, an additional fee will apply to move it to another campsite if requested.
